HOW DO I ORDER A DRAWING?
The process…
Choose which style you would like from the shop button and select your preferred size and frame options.
Add to cart , fill out the info card with your email and name and then checkout.
I will then contact you via email to discuss delivery dates and photo references for your portrait. Here you can also ask me any other questions regarding your portrait order.I require high quality images in good lighting so I can really capture the character and detail . See an image example here.
Alternatively you can email me directly - scoleportraiture@gmail.com, to order directly through email and bank transfer. Here you have more of an option to maybe pay half as a deposit or ask me any questions you have before handing your money over.
I will update you via email with the progress and give you a more accurate delivery date.
HOW DO i order a Gift Voucher?
Gift vouchers are a good way of treating someone to a special personalised gift but gives them the option to choose their own photo,style and size. How to order:
You can either select a digital voucher or a physical gift voucher from the shop.
Digital vouchers - These are emailed over to either you or the recipient. They will have a unique voucher code that can only be redeemed once.
Physical vouchers - These are tangible vouchers that will be posted out to you. For £2.00 extra you can have the voucher gift wrapped in a box. They will also have a unique voucher code that can only be redeemed once.
Select a voucher amount - £15, £30 or £50. This amount will entitle them to money off their chosen portrait in any style or size.

HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT voucher?
Email me at scoleportraiture@gmail.com or send me a message through the sites contact me page.
Send me your unique voucher code (or a picture the voucher itself showing the code) and tell me what you want to order. Please include the photo/s, style, size, preferred delivery date and any extras you wish to get. See the pricing HERE.
I will then confirm all details with you over email and book you into my diary for a more specific delivery date. Please note - depending on time of year I may not be able to give you a quick turnaround time. Please bare this in mind if you need the portrait for a specific date.
The voucher amount will be taken off the total order and payment will need to be made through a bank transfer before any work begins.
How long will my order take?
All finish times will vary depending on the size and quantity of your order but the average time a drawing will take 4 - 5 weeks. If you want to get a drawing for somebody as a gift - please bare in mind the time it will take and order your drawing in plenty of time. There is a chance drawings may be completed in a quicker turnaround time but it can not be guaranteed . I have booking slots available throughout the year for you to book in advance - please email me.
HOW DO I PAY?
All orders made through the online store are paid on card through stripe. If you order with me through email then I will send you bank details to make a deposit or full transfer.
CAN I ADD ANOTHER SUBJECT TO MY PORTRAIT?
Yes! Adding and additional pet or person to your portrait will be an additional cost so please see the pricing info under extra subject. Smaller sizes however are only limited to 1 subject only due to size restriction.
DOES MY PORTRAIT COME FRAMED?
As a standard - No. But if you wish to have it framed I will be offering a framing service to the website soon for more specific pricing details. In the mean time if you require framing - please email me and I can sort that out for you for an extra cost. (Price variable)
Do you do people portraits in colour?
No not at this time.
Can i order a custom size?
Yes! I have standard sizing but if you require a different size I can accomodate for you. I do not currently do any sizes larger than A3.
What materials do you use?
The graphite drawings are created with Faber-Castell pencils on Daler Rowney cartridge paper. The coloured pencil portraits are created using a mix of Prismacolour premier pencils and Caran d’ache Luminance pencils on Daler Rowney bristol board paper.
